TERMS OF SERVICE & CONDITIONS

  • Payment must be sent before I start on your commission.

  • Payments are done via Paypal only, the buyer must cover the fees. 

  • You have 24 hours to reply to me once I accept your commission, and 48 hours to send the payment. Failure to do so will result in your commission being cancelled.

  • If you re-upload on any site you must credit me, preferably with a link to my commission page or my deviantArt page. 

  • Once I start on your commission, I will not refund. 

  • All commissions are for personal use only. Do not sell them, distribute them or claim them as your own.

  • I have the right to refuse/refund any commission.

  • I have the right to refuse any request, details, or aspect of the commission.

  • I have the right to use any commission for my own purposes. i.e. examples.

  • You must have an email address where I can send you your commissioned work. 

  • I reserve the full rights to the commissioned work, with the exception of the character whom belongs to their original creator.

  • Do not harass me over completing your commission. If it takes me more than one (1) month to complete your commission then you will get a refund, otherwise you will not.

WON'T DRAW

  • Child porn.

  • Hardcore porn.

  • Fetish art.

  • Mecha and complicated armour.

WILL DRAW

  • Partial nudity.

  • Soft nsfw.

  • Pinups.

  • Blood and Gore.

  • Anthro / Furry.

  • Couples.

  • Most species.

  • Almost anything that's not in the Won't Draw section.
